Exterior windows are thoroughly cleaned at the beginning of the rental season. After the initial clean, we maintain the cleanliness of windows through out the season. We clean the windows with a heated power washer, which has a solution that lowers the water surface tension, which causes it to sheet off the windows (i.e. like a dishwasher). This process not only cleans the windows, but cleans the screens, window jams and window sills, which in most cases, holds the dirt which causes the windows to become soiled in the first place. This process is done from the ground. Therefore, it is safer, more cost effective and we can respond to more homes faster than through conventional window washing methods.

The cleaning process we use on your windows in the Spring and Fall is a revolutionary process that combines heat with a special cleaning solution. We do not use high pressure to clean the windows, therefore paint and other exterior elements will not be damaged. The chemical used in this process to remove dirt and mildew from the home is non-bleaching and will not take the sheen off of your vinyl or your painted surfaces. In fact, this cleaning process actually restores and enhances the sheen of your painted and vinyl surfaces!

We also offer deck cleaning with a special heated rotary deck cleaning machine. This machine does not burr the wood like conventional power washers. Because of the heat, no harsh chemicals are needed to clean the deck. As an additional service, after deck cleaning, we will seal your decks with Formula 77.
