Who we are

Since 1985, when Chuck and Pat Heath moved to the Outer Banks from Richmond, Virginia, they have been involved in service oriented businesses. In 1989, they began focusing on home maintenance services with North Beach Caretakers, dealing directly with homeowners and the plight of absentee ownership. It wasn’t long before property management companies began to take notice of their “cut above” efforts that certain property owners within their respective management programs were enjoying, and the difference it made with their renters.

NBC began to grow in “leaps and bounds” as these companies started using them for all their program homes. As the business grew, so did its diversification, based on the philosophy that the more quality based services NBC could provide, the more convenient it could be for the clients they serve.

Today, just as the Heath family has grown, so too has North Beach Complete into a full service vacation home maintenance company, that absentee homeowners call on with confidence to keep their Outer Banks home “Guest Ready” and worry free.
